Letter from the Board:
What is your creative practice and what do you need to help it grow? Where do you find community and connection? What does it mean to be a thriving creative community?
These are some of the questions we have been asking ourselves and others as board members for the Arts Council of Windham County (ACWC). Over the past year, we have been seeking to understand needs in the creative community, what is desired, what is missing, and how we can help to connect people and nourish creative work.
As we roll into the new year, we are excited to be launching and re-launching some of ACWC’s core programs and services, including the Brattleboro Town Arts Fund, fiscal sponsorship program, Student Art Month and other creative events/convenings.
